These terms govern your use of the ClinicQservice (“Service”) provided by TM3P TECH Co., Ltd.(“we”). By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Role of the Service
We are a technology platform that connects you with registered clinics. We are not a medical provider and we are not responsible for medical treatment or outcomes. Medical responsibility rests with the clinic and physician you book with.
2. Bookings and cancellations
- A booking is confirmed when any required deposit is paid
- Cancellations or reschedules within the clinic’s notice window may forfeit the deposit
- Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
3. Payments
Payments are processed by third parties (Omise for PromptPay; Stripe for cards and Alipay+ / WeChat Pay). We do not store card details. Provider fees are governed by each provider’s own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The platform, logos, and content belong to TM3P TECH Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Reproduction or modification without permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy. Our maximum liability to you is capped at fees you paid us in the prior 6 months (for end users this is typically zero — fees are paid by the clinic).
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend your account if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or cause harm to a clinic or other user.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Bangkok courts.
